Who is this account for?

Personal For an individual using VerbaNote for their own recordings and content. Institution/Centre For an organisation managing VerbaNote across a school, church or hospital. Aggregator For VerbaNote partners referring schools, centres and eligible customers.

What type of institution/centre?

School/Centre Teaching, learning, lectures and academic content. Church Sermons, services, ministry notes and church content. Hospital Clinical collaboration, meetings and healthcare workflows.

Institution Name *

Enter the name of the institution.

Country *

Used for payout routing and partner settings.

Default Currency *

This becomes the institution default currency and guides payout setup.

Account setup Personal

Username *

Use the exact device identifier assigned to your VerbaNote device.

Email *

Use a unique email address for this user.

Password *

Use a strong password with at least 8 characters.

Confirm Password *

Re-enter the same password.

Required fields: Account Type, Device ID, Email, Password, Confirm Password. Institution accounts also require Institution Type and Institution Name.
